We work with children and parents across a range of difficulties from anxiety to trantrums.  We also provide couple counselling to support parents in connecting and working together. Parent mental health and wellbeing is a key protective factor for child mental health and we aim to keep the family's wellbeing in mind.

Fees and ​Funding options:

If you have a mental health care plan from your GP you may be eligible for rebates via a Medicare Mental Health Care Plan for up to 10 sessions per calendar years. If you are accessing Medicare rebates, your out of pocket expense will reduce to approximately $118 per session.
A mental health care plan does not mean free sessions.
