We work with children and parents across a range of difficulties from anxiety to trantrums.  We also provide couple counselling to support parents in connecting and working together. Parent mental health and wellbeing is a key protective factor for child mental health and we aim to keep the family's wellbeing in mind.

Fees and ​Funding options:

If you have a mental health care plan from your GP you may be eligible for rebates via a Medicare Mental Health Care Plan for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.  If you are accessing Medicare rebates, your out of pocket expense will reduce to approximately $75 per session.
A mental health care plan does not mean free sessions. 
What is a Mental Health Care Plan?

Free access to a psychologist (for eligible people) can be accessed using specific funding called CAREinMIND. Follow this CAREMinMIND info link for more information. 

We also sees people through TAC, Victims of Crime, Victims Assistance Program.
