Young Adults - Youth Minded

Picture
Our youth support workers can support young adults in achieving their goals in participating in the community or attending to daily routines. We can help young adults with mentoring, learning new tasks like catching public transport, undertaking a shopping trip, or recreational activities like going to see a movie or a sporting match. If you have NDIS funding and are plan managed or self managed we can assist your young adult to meet their NDIS goals.

Our youth support team are closely connected with the psychologists of Family Minded. Youth Minded workers have regular contact with a youth worker or psychologist and are supported to assist young adults to practise therapy targets prepared by Family Minded psychologists (for our current psychology clients) or allied health providers from other services.

Send us your info and we'll be in touch to find out more about how we can help you and your child.
