Teenagers - Youth Minded

Picture
Our youth support workers can help teenagers across a range of activities. If these activities line up with NDIS goals then you can use your funding (if you are plan managed or self managed) to link up your young person with one of our team.
Activities we can assist young people with include daily routines, getting out and about in the community for recreational or leisure activities, mentoring, to learn about how to do independent tasks like go shopping or order a meal at a café.

Our youth support team are closely connected with the psychologists of Family Minded. Our Youth Minded team have regular contact with a youth worker or psychologist and are supported to assist clients to practise therapy targets prepared by Family Minded psychologists (for our current psychology clients) or allied health providers from other services.

Send us your info and we'll be in touch to find out more about how we can help you and your child.
